What you will need to get this nail look....

Clear Base Coat, Clear Top Coat, 3 different varnish colours of your choice, white varnish, black varnish and your large to small dotting tool....

THIS IS A HUGE MUST SEE!!!!


This is kinda freaky but awesome at the same time. A woman who uses Bio Sculpture Gel in the USA thought of using actual snake skin to make a different look for a gel overlay.

Have a look and tell me what you all think?? My first impression was WHAT???? Is she serious?? BUT yes she is actually very serious. These gel overlays cost almost $350 a set!!!! How crazy is that?

As most of you know i work at Hilltops Health & Beauty in Pietermaritzburg, it is situated at the top of Roberts Road in the Hilltops Office Park along De Villiers Drive.


We are 3 therapists who work here, Bronwyn Glasspoole, Monica Le Brasseur and of course me :) Rachel Carr sadly had to leave us at the end of May of this year as she is creating a new future for herself :) she is marrying an awesome guy June and is moving away from Pietermaritzburg :(, so i once again join the Hilltops family after 2 years of absence in Rachel's place.


Brownyn Glasspoole is the owner of the wonderful Hilltops Health & Beauty and by far the BEST boss anyone can ever ask for, she is always there to talk to if we have any problems and offers such great advice to us in all aspects of life. Monica Le Brasseur is one fantastic girl who is an energiser bunny almost every day :) and then there is me who is grounded and calming and a joker at times :).... BUT the most important thing to say here is that we ALL get along so well together that its right to call us a little family here at Hilltops Health & Beauty.


At Hilltops we all strive to give our clients the best quality treatments no matter if its waxing (Ouch!!!!), pedicures, manicures or an AWESOME massage, we strive for great treatment of all our clients no matter who they are. Yesterday i attended an awesome Dermalogica meeting at the Hilton Hotel in Durban where we all got to see Jane Wurwand at her best, talking about her life long dream and the BEST facial product out there. She is such a passionate and inspirational woman, everything that Jane said hit every nerve in my body, the things she said im sure changed everyone's thinking in that room yesterday.


All of us were very lucky to recieve a small bag on our seats with a few mementos including a joinFITE diary, a set of pen and pencil in a smart green case, a sample of the newest product to join the Dermalogica Range under the WONDERFUL anti-age range Age Reversal Eye Complex, a Precleanse and a joinFITE shirt. After the presentation we all got a great printed photo of all of us with Jane Wurwand that i will keep with me forever :D I even put this photo on my mirror so i see it every morning :)

So on our precleanse was a sleeve with the joinFite logo and i got my first code for Kiva's FITE organisation. I just went on a little while ago to redeem my code and i chose the Weaving and Clothing business and the country of Africa so i could help a lovely lady in this field and in this beautiful country of ours. Because i redeemed my code i have donated $1 to this field of work just because i have the precleanse. I can't wait to get the other products with the sleeve and donate more $1's where i can :)
